FREE regular post available on all domestic orders over $100 (automatically applied upon checkout). 

IN STORE PICK UP also available as an option upon checkout.

Orders under $100 incur a low flat rate $6.95 shipping charge.

EXPRESS is available for $8.95 flat rate. Please contact us if you require an item urgently. 

BULKY GOODS: Items that are bulky costs more to send hence we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for these items. Express is not an option for these items and they include scooters, helmets & Miniland dolls size 38cm.

PLEASE NOTE, INSURANCE IS NEVER INCLUDED IN OUR POSTAGE RATES. Insurance is optional and additional so please advise asap if you require insurance so we may quote you.

We use Australia Post to send our orders. We offer trackable shipping in postage satchels or parcels however we do not include insurance or signature on delivery. These are optional extras that you must purchase. Please advise us ASAP if you wish to add these options. We offer low rate shipping and absorb the additional costs of postage to allow you to have a better online buying experience. 

 

INVENTORY ISSUES MAY ARISE FROM TIME TO TIME:

Although we endeavour to have the correct inventory updated at all times, we are only human and issues may arise from time to time. We apologise in advance for any disappointment this may cause.

During launch events and sale events, we often experience very high traffic to our site. This may lead to technical issues where a product is oversold due to a system error outside our control. This is very rare however can happen during busy periods to a very small amount of orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Eg; items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We may at our discretion, offer a credit or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case where you received free shipping for orders over $100, if your return brings the order below this amount, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

To exchange an approved item, you must include a self addressed prepaid satchel with your return so we may send you out the exchange item requested. We are not responsible for the cost of sending out an exchange item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
